Pros & Cons :) we do have problems with trains falling/running off the track in general, but it isn't any worse with this kind of track unless they pull it into a really tight curve.

Pros & Cons :they are indispensible in helping us to create imaginative layouts, and my 3 year old son does not mind that he has to take a little extra time rolling over this one stretch of track, more important to him are the fun new layouts we make every few months.

Pros & Cons :it's a great piece for trying to attach two pieces that might be hard to connect otherwise, like a tighter turn or just something that's doesn't fit well with standard curve pieces.
